    Product Warranty

    Effective Date: 9 July 2026

    At CampYard, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell.

    Each CampYard Portable Yard System has been carefully designed and assembled using quality components selected to work together as one complete system.

    If a manufacturing fault occurs during normal use within the warranty period, we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as reasonably practicable.

    This warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    1. Warranty Period

    The CampYard Portable Yard System is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

    This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable without the written consent of CampYard.

    2. What This Warranty Covers

    This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the product.

    Depending on the circumstances, CampYard may choose to:

    • repair the affected component;
    • replace the affected component;
    • replace the complete product; or
    • provide another appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

    The remedy provided will depend on the nature of the fault and the circumstances of the claim.

    3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

    This warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:

    • normal wear and tear;
    • misuse or abuse;
    • incorrect assembly or installation;
    • failure to follow the supplied instructions;
    • modifications or alterations made without CampYard's approval;
    • accidents;
    • storm damage;
    • flooding;
    • fire;
    • transport damage occurring after delivery;
    • neglect or improper storage;
    • damage caused by animals, livestock or wildlife;
    • commercial hire or rental use unless approved by CampYard.

    Consumable items that naturally wear over time are also excluded from warranty unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect.

    4. Safe Use

    The CampYard Portable Yard System is designed as a temporary horse containment system.

    Horse behaviour varies significantly and CampYard cannot guarantee the behaviour of individual animals or the suitability of the product for every situation.

    Customers are responsible for:

    • correctly assembling the system;
    • regularly inspecting all components;
    • replacing worn or damaged parts;
    • using the product in accordance with the supplied instructions; and
    • exercising appropriate supervision of horses at all times.

    5. Warranty Claims

    If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact CampYard as soon as reasonably practicable.

    To help us assess your claim, please provide:

    • your name;
    • your order number;
    • photographs of the affected component;
    • a description of the issue; and
    • any additional information that may assist our assessment.

    In many cases we can assess a claim using photographs, reducing the need for products to be returned.

    6. Returning Products

    If inspection of the product is required, CampYard will provide instructions before any item is returned.

    Please do not return products without contacting us first.

    Where a warranty claim is accepted, CampYard will arrange or reimburse reasonable return freight costs where appropriate.

    7. Replacement Components

    Where practical, CampYard may replace individual components rather than replacing the complete Portable Yard System.

    This allows customers to return to using their equipment more quickly while reducing unnecessary freight and waste.

    Replacement components supplied under warranty continue to be covered for the balance of the original warranty period.

    8. Replacement Parts After Warranty

    CampYard is committed to supporting its customers beyond the warranty period.

    If replacement components are required due to accidental damage, loss or normal wear and tear, we'll endeavour to supply replacement parts where reasonably available.

    Availability may vary depending on product revisions and supplier availability.


    9. Australian Consumer Law

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

    You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

    You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    This warranty operates alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
