    Welcome to CampYard Pty Ltd ("CampYard", "we", "our" or "us").

    Thank you for visiting our website.

    CampYard was created with a simple goal—to make travelling with horses easier by providing one complete, premium portable yard system designed by horse people, for horse people.

    These Terms & Conditions explain how our website operates, how orders are placed, and what you can expect when purchasing from CampYard. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Product Warranty and Privacy Policy.

    CampYard is an Australian-owned business specialising in premium portable horse yard systems and related products.

    Unless otherwise stated:

    • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
    • Prices include GST where applicable.
    • We currently sell and deliver within Australia only.

    2. Using Our Website

    When using the CampYard website you agree to:

    • use the website for lawful purposes only;
    • provide accurate information when placing an order;
    • not interfere with the operation or security of the website;
    • not reproduce or distribute website content without our written permission.

    We reserve the right to suspend or refuse access to our website where we reasonably believe it is being misused.

    3. Product Information

    We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing and photographs displayed on our website are accurate.

    Product photographs are intended as a guide only. Colours, finishes and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography or your device settings.

    CampYard continually improves its products. From time to time, we may make minor improvements to components, packaging or product specifications without prior notice, provided those changes do not materially reduce the intended functionality or quality of the product.


    4. Orders

    Orders may be placed through the CampYard website.

    After placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

    This email confirms receipt of your order only and does not constitute acceptance of the order.

    An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed that the order can be fulfilled.

    If we cannot fulfil your order due to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you promptly to discuss the available options, including a refund where appropriate.

    5. Pricing & Payment

    All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

    Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods available through our Shopify store.

    Shipping charges are displayed separately during checkout and are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

    CampYard currently offers a flat rate shipping fee for most Australian delivery addresses. If a delivery address is located in an exceptionally remote area where additional freight charges apply, we'll contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options. Customers may choose to proceed with the additional freight charge or cancel their order for a full refund before the order is dispatched.

    Prices may change without notice.

    If an obvious pricing error occurs on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order prior to dispatch. Where payment has already been processed, customers will be offered the choice of a full refund or proceeding at the correct price.

    6. Pre-Orders

    From time to time CampYard may offer products for pre-order.

    A pre-order allows customers to reserve products from an upcoming production run before they are available for immediate dispatch.

    Where a product is offered for pre-order:

    • the estimated dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the relevant product page;
    • payment will be processed at the time the order is placed unless otherwise stated;
    • orders will generally be dispatched in the order they are received.

    Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith and are based on information available at the time.

    As our products are manufactured overseas and transported internationally, dispatch dates may occasionally change due to manufacturing schedules, freight delays, customs clearance, biosecurity inspections, weather events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    If a significant delay occurs, we will notify affected customers as soon as reasonably practicable.


    7. Shipping & Delivery

    CampYard currently delivers within Australia only.

    Orders are dispatched using our nominated fulfilment arrangements and reputable freight carriers.

    Shipping charges, estimated delivery timeframes and any applicable pre-order dispatch estimates are displayed on the relevant product page and/or during checkout.

    Estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

    Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including manufacturing delays, freight disruptions, customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays or regional service interruptions.

    8. Two-Carton Deliveries

    Each CampYard Portable Yard System is supplied in two separate cartons to protect the product during transport.

    Although both cartons are dispatched together, they may occasionally arrive separately depending on the freight carrier.

    Customers should inspect both cartons upon delivery.

    If any components appear to be missing or damaged, please contact CampYard as soon as reasonably practicable at info@campyard.com.au.

    9. Product Use

    The CampYard Portable Yard System is designed as a temporary horse containment system for use while travelling, camping or attending equestrian events.

    It is not intended to replace permanent fencing.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is assembled correctly, used in accordance with the supplied instructions and inspected before each use.

    Horse ownership and handling involve inherent risks. CampYard cannot guarantee the behaviour of horses or the suitability of the product for every individual circumstance.


    10. Returns & Warranty

    Our Returns & Refund Policy and Product Warranty form part of these Terms & Conditions.

    If you believe your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

    11. Australian Consumer Law

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

    You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

    You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    These Terms & Conditions operate alongside, and do not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

    12. Website Availability

    We aim to keep our website available and up to date.

    However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or modify the website from time to time for maintenance, updates or operational reasons.

    13. Intellectual Property

    Unless otherwise stated, all content on the CampYard website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics and branding, is the property of CampYard Pty Ltd and must not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

    14. Privacy

    Your privacy is important to us.

    The collection and handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

    By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy.

    15. Changes to These Terms

    CampYard may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

    The most current version will always be published on our website.

    Continued use of our website after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    16. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

    Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
